Description

31 Sunderland Street is an early to mid 19th-century building constructed from hammer-dressed stone, topped with a modern pantile roof. The structure stands two storeys high and features a wood-moulded eaves cornice and a band. It has three bays with casement windows. A carriage entrance is located at the front, characterized by an elliptically arched head with rusticated jambs and voussoirs. The main door consists of four moulded panels and is topped by a fanlight with glazing bars, which is semi-circular and inscribed in an oblong shape, all set within a moulded stone frame that includes a moulded cornice.
