Description

24 Sunderland Street is a mid-19th century building constructed of brown brick with a modern pantiled roof. It stands two storeys high and features three bays. The windows are sashes with glazing bars and have channeled stucco voussoirs above them. The entrance door has two moulded and fielded panels, and there is an oblong fanlight with glazing bars set in a wooden frame, which is topped with a moulded cornice supported by scrolled brackets.
