Description

21 Sunderland Street is a mid-18th century building. It is rendered with a pantiled roof and stone coped gables featuring cut kneelers. The building is three storeys high and has a plaster moulded eaves cornice. It has three bays with sash windows containing glazing bars. The front door is within a contemporary moulded ashlar frame, shaped with a shouldered appearance, a pulvinated frieze, and a pediment. The first floor interior has fielded panelled shutters.
