Description

22 Sunderland Street is an 18th-century building featuring roughcast walls and a pantiled roof. The structure has coped gables with concrete "cut" kneelers and stands two storeys tall with two bays. The windows are casements with glazing bars, and the door has four moulded panels set within a moulded frame. Above the door, there is an ornamental over lintel and a pediment supported by scrolled brackets.
