Description

1 Fernside Avenue is an early to mid 19th-century building constructed from hammer-dressed stone and topped with a pitched stone slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and features an 8-light stone mullioned sash window with glazing bars on both the first and second floors. On the ground floor, there is a 5-light stone mullioned window. The entrance door has two moulded panels.
