Description

No 60 Sunderland Street is an 18th-century building constructed from magnesian limestone rubble, featuring ashlar quoins and late 19th-century ashlar lintels. The building has a pantiled roof with coped stone gables supported by cut kneelers. It stands two storeys tall and has three bays with sash windows. The entrance door has two moulded panels and is set within a plain raised stone surround.
