Description

137 Sunderland Street is an 18th-century building constructed from hammer-dressed stone with ashlar quoins. The roof is slate-covered with stone coped gables resting on cut kneelers. The building is two storeys and attics, with three bays featuring flush-framed sash windows with glazing bars. A door with moulded panels is set within a plain raised stone surround, complemented by an oblong fanlight. A catslide outshut extends to the rear. Two small, blocked windows are visible on the north end elevation, located on the first and attic floors. A contemporary two-storey rear wing is partially constructed from brown brick.
