Description

46 Sunderland Street is an 18th-century building of brown brick, situated on the north side of Sunderland Street. It has a pantiled roof, hipped at the east end. The building is three storeys high and has three bays. It features moulded, flush-framed sash windows with glazing bars. The main entrance is a plain raised surround, and to the east is a two-storey bay with a segment-headed carriage entrance, topped with a keystone.
