Description

The Cottage is a house from the early 19th century, with a later addition on the left side. It is constructed of pinkish-brown brick in English bond and features a cast tile roof in a Gothick style. The building is single-storey and has three bays. The original central entrance consists of a six-fielded panel door topped by a round-arched overlight with Gothick glazing bars, set within a pilastered surround. On either side of the entrance, there is a window with radial glazing. The roof is swept, and there is a central ridge stack.
