Designed by JB and W Atkinson, the building features painted brick in Flemish bond, with a timber moulded eaves frieze and cornice supported by grooved brackets, and a slate roof with a brick stack. The exterior has a four-storey, one-window front. The first floor has a tripartite window with a 12-pane center sash, while the second floor has a 12-pane sash, and the third floor features an unequal 9-pane sash. All windows have narrow side borders, slender glazing bars, a cambered brick arch, and a painted sill. The interior has not been inspected.
