Description
No. 41 Coney Street is a house dating from the mid-19th century, featuring a 20th-century shopfront. The building is constructed of painted brick in Flemish bond and has a timber cornice supported by grooved brackets, topped with a slate roof. The exterior is four stories high with a two-window front. The first-floor windows are 1-pane sashes, while the second floor has unequal 9-pane sashes, and the third floor features 6-pane sashes. All windows have painted stone sills, and the first and second-floor windows are adorned with painted flat arches made of brick. The interior has not been inspected.
