Description

No. 15 Penleys Grove Street is a house, now used as offices, built around 1845. It is constructed of brick with painted stone dressings and has a slate roof. The building is symmetrical, featuring two storeys and three bays. The windows are glazing bar sashes, each adorned with painted rusticated lintels that include false keystones. The entrance consists of a four-panel door with a fanlight, set within a pilaster doorcase topped with a modillion cornice. The house also has gable chimneys. The interior has not been inspected.
