Description
30 Lord Mayor's Walk is a house built in the mid-19th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed of brick and has a slate roof. The building has three storeys and features one bay. The windows are 20th-century casements with shallow segmental brick arches. On the left side, there is a moulded painted stone or stucco door surround with a semicircular head. The door is also from the 20th century and includes an overlight. The eaves are corbelled brick, and there is a shared chimney on the right side. The interior has not been inspected. This house is included for its group value as part of a notable collection of buildings on Lord Mayor's Walk.
