Description

This is a house located at 34 Lord Mayor's Walk in York, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and has a slate roof. The building has three storeys and two bays. The windows feature segmental brick arches, with a sashed window on the ground floor and glazing bar sashes on the upper floors. On the left side, there is a low entrance to a passageway with a brick arch. To the right of this entrance, there is a pilaster doorcase topped with a modillion cornice, which frames a four-panel door with an overlight above it. The gutter is supported by timber brackets, and there is a shared chimney on the right side. The interior has not been inspected.
