Description

These are a pair of gate piers located approximately 60 metres south-east of Calm Cottage, dating from the early 19th century. They are made of rendered limestone ashlar and feature square-section pillars that stand about 2 metres tall. Each pier has a base and a moulded cornice, topped with pineapple finials. The gate piers are included for their group value with Calm Cottage.
