Description
This is a summerhouse located approximately 50 metres west of Number 107 The Retreat Hospital, likely built around 1900. It features diamond trellis timber screens and a hipped sprocketed roof made of tarred material. The structure is rectangular in shape. Inside, there is a central partition made of boards with bench seats attached to each side, and it is screened at both ends.
