House, offices at time of listing. Early/mid C19 in several builds. Stucco with chimneys of exposed yellow brick. Front range has hipped slate roof.

EXTERIOR: two storeys and six bays. The windows are glazing bar sashes. Those in the second and fifth bays are tripartite. The fourth bay contains a doorway with a heavy pilaster doorcase with panelled reveals and a dentilled cornice. Ridge chimney between second and third bays, and several chimneys behind ridge. A parallel range to the rear has a hipped slate roof. The four-bay rear wall is of yellow brick and has glazing bar sashes.
