Pair of farm cottages. Early C19 with later additions and alterations. Brown brick with pantile roof. Double-depth plan with 2 rooms and pair of entrances to south front; later additions to rear and right of no special interest. South front: 2 storeys, 4 bays, symmetrical; board door to left beneath painted flat brick arch, similar blocked entrance to right; pair of 16-pane sashes between in flush wooden architraves with stone sills beneath channelled stucco flat arches. 3-course brick first-floor band. First floor: pair of similar windows flanked by recessed rectangular panels, all beneath flat brick arches, those to windows painted. Dentilled brick eaves cornice. Hipped roof. Central corniced ridge stack. Left return: board door beneath stucco flat arch, flanked by 16-pane sash to right in similar surround to those to front, and unsympathetic C20 3-light casement to left. First-floor band. First floor: 16-pane sash to left, small 4-pane casement to centre. Part of an early C19 farm complex.
