It is constructed of brick and has a cement-rendered exterior, topped with a pantile roof that features a sloped dormer facing No. 56. The building has one window with hung sashes and glazing bars, set within a segmental arch, positioned above a modern shop front. There is a passage entry to the left, while to the right, there is another window and a flat-arched carriage entry.
