House, now offices. c1800 with late C20 renovations. Red brick; concrete tile roof. Double-depth, with 2-room, central entrance-hall front. EXTERIOR: half-glazed panelled door and 4-pane overlight in architrave and ribbed and panelled reveal. Round-arched passageway entrance to far right. Windows have original flush wood architraves with C20 6/6 imitation sashes; soldier arches to ground floor. Modillioned wooden gutter brackets. Raised gables. End stack to left. INTERIOR: retains original features. Open-well staircase with plain balusters and ramped corniced handrail. Room to ground-floor right has moulded cornice and floral ceiling frieze, dado rail, arched alcoves flanking chimney-breast. 6-ribbed-panelled doors and windows in ribbed architraves; stone fire surrounds and iron grates to first floor.
