Description

This is a row of four houses, now offices, built around 1810 and altered in the late 20th century. The houses are constructed of yellow brick with painted ashlar dressings and have a hipped roof covered in concrete tiles, with a single rendered stack at the ridge. They have a plinth, a string course, sill bands, and moulded wooden eaves. The houses are three storeys tall and have an eleven-window frontage. The upper floor has eleven 6-pane sashes. The ground floor has eleven 12-pane sashes, with a late 20th-century door and single-pane window to the left. The right-hand side features round-arched door entries, framed by moulded ashlar doorcases with cornices and elliptical-arched openings containing fielded 6-panel doors with fanlights. Either side of these entries are two 12-pane sashes. All the ground-floor windows have rusticated lintels.
