Description
The Windmill at The Mill Public House is a windmill built around 1820, currently undergoing restoration. It is constructed of brick, with late 20th-century rendering and stone sills. The structure is a roofless, battered round tower with five stages. The windows feature late 20th-century glazing bar casements. On the north-west side, there are a pair of large board doors at the ground floor, with a smaller pair of segment-headed board doors above them. Each floor has a glazing bar casement window. The opposite side has a blank ground floor and a single window on each floor above. The interior reportedly has some floors but lacks any machinery.
