Description

This building is an outbuilding located approximately 7 meters northwest of Number 8, known as The Vicarage. It is a coach-house and stable that has been converted into a utility block, likely built around 1839, the same time as The Vicarage. The structure is made of red brick in English bond and features a Welsh slate roof. It is two stories high and consists of one by two bays, designed in the Tudor Revival style.

The front of the building facing the road has a gabled design with a chamfered plinth. There are two chamfered slits on the ground floor and a square hatch above, which also has chamfered surrounds. The corners of the building are adorned with grotesque corbels supporting pinnacle features, and the gable copings are made of ashlar with an apex finial.

On the left side of the building, which faces The Vicarage, there are boarded double doors set under a chamfered Tudor arch, located to the right of a boarded stable door. There is also a slatted casement window, both of which are framed in chamfered brick surrounds. This outbuilding is included for its group value with The Vicarage.
