Description
The stable block located at the rear of numbers 1 to 5 Attwood Place is a structure dating from around 1850. It features stables and coachhouses that have been converted into garages. The building is constructed from sandstone rubble with quoins and has a Welsh slate roof complemented by yellow brick chimneys. The layout is in an L-shape. On the south elevation, there are two double boarded doors beneath wooden lintels, and the roof is hipped to the right with a chimney at the left end. The rear right wing includes two similar doors flanking a six-panelled door, all under wooden lintels, and features an end brick chimney. This building is included for its group value with the adjacent properties.
