Description

A house and adjoining outbuildings dating from the mid-18th century, with later alterations. The house is constructed of colour-washed rubble with a pantile roof. It has an off-centre hallway entry, with two outbuildings to the left and one to the right. The house is two storeys high and three bays wide. To the extreme left is a lower, single-storey outbuilding. Two steps lead to a four-fielded-panel door, which is sheltered by a pitched 20th-century canopy above an overlight. To the left of the door is a tall, narrow light, and plate-glass sash windows are located on either side of the house, all with flat arches. The first floor has a plate-glass sash window flanked by two dummy windows. The eaves are stepped. The roofs are steeply pitched, with gable copings on the house and the outbuildings immediately adjoining. End stacks are visible on the house.
