Description

TA 0339 BEVERLEY LAIRGATE (west side) 9/145 No 2 2.7.69 GV II Early C18. Two storeys in colour-washed brick with pantile roof with one gabled dormer. Moulded brick eaves cornice. First floor has one late C18 3-light window, partly resashed. Ground floor shop front has late C18 bow window, re-glazed in plate glass, delicate pilasters over which small consoles support a broken entablature with modillion cornice. This is now covered with a glass sign. Double doors with glazed upper portion. Panelled stone base to window.
