Description

This building is a circa 1780 red brick house of three storeys, situated on the east side of North Bar Within in Beverley. It has a tile roof and a moulded wood eaves cornice. The front features four windows, with near-flush frames. The top floor windows have sash glazing bars; the others are plate glass. Painted gauged flat arches sit above the windows. A mid-19th century shop front and doorcase are present, with plate glass windows. The original 18th-century six-panel door retains original wrought iron guard rails.
