Description

No. 18 Benedict Street is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall. It is constructed of painted brick and features a pantile roof with a parapet on the left side that includes a kneeler. The building has eaves and two windows with keystones, which contain sashes set in flush wooden frames with glazing bars. The early 19th-century shop front has an overall cornice and fascia, supported by six panelled pilasters. There are small shop windows on either side of the doorway, which is a three-quarter glazed door topped with a rectangular fanlight.
