Description

Glenfield Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a timber eaves cornice and a pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and four bays, arranged in a 1:1:2 pattern. On the ground floor, there is a two-panel Gothick door with an overlight that has glazing bars, set within a pilastered doorcase. The windows are sashes with glazing bars and sills, positioned under cambered gauged brick arches. The first floor has similar sashes. The house also boasts an ornate modillion eaves cornice, end stacks, and plain close verges with shaped kneelers.
