Description

The gateway to the Beverley Westwood Hospital is a mid-19th century structure. It features an impressive design in red brick with stone dressings. The gable has a segmental pediment and a circular window with a keystone. There is a keystone above the moulded and arched entry, and scrolls adorn the ends of the gable. Inside, the gateway has a barrel vaulted ceiling lined with wood. The attached ranges to the left and right are not considered of special interest.
