Description
The entrance gateway and side walls at the Lady Katherine Leveson Hospital date from the early 18th century and are constructed of red brick. They feature flanking walls that are complemented by ashlar piers topped with entablatures and blocking courses. Decorative urns with gadrooning adorn the structure. The modern wrought iron gates are plain but follow an early design pattern. This gateway and walls are part of a group that includes the Church of Saint Mary, Templars Hall, North East Range, South West Range, Vicarage, and Temple House.
