Town Crier Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located on Balsall Fen End Road. It features a timber frame with whitewashed brick nogging and a tiled roof, which has been damaged by fire. The cottage has a cross gable on the right side and is arranged over two storeys and attics. Modern casement windows have been installed.
