Description

Howlett’s Farmhouse is a building of group value, dating to the 17th century with a timber-framed back wing, and a later, taller front block. The farmhouse is constructed of whitewashed brick and brick nogging, with old tiled roofs. It is one storey high with attics, featuring gabled dormers. The windows are casement windows, some with lattice detail or glazing bars. A modern gabled porch has been added. A single-storey wing with one window is situated on the right-hand side.
