Description
Balsall Farmhouse is a late 17th century house with a rectangular plan. It is constructed of red brick with painted stone dressings and features a hipped tiled roof adorned with stone cornice moulding. The building has two storeys and attics, with three hipped lattice casement dormers. There is a first-floor band and chamfered bonded quoins. The house has three modern casement windows set in original openings, which have flat arches and keystones. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door topped by an oblong fanlight with glazing bars, framed by a stone architrave surround and a keystone.
