Description
The Copperfield Public House is a public house built around 1840. It is constructed of brick and features a Welsh slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall and has a five-window range, with a curved angle facing Market Street. The ground floor includes round-arched doors and windows, although some windows are partly blocked. There are pilasters that mark a former doorway on the angle, which is now also blocked. The upper floors feature 12-pane sash windows, with the lower glazing bars removed. The first-floor window over the angle has a flat-arched rendered head and a moulded architrave. The building is topped with a moulded wood eaves cornice.
