Benty Heath Farmhouse is a house dated 1732, as indicated by the datestone that reads 'W/R K/1732'. It is constructed of stone with a slate roof and features brick stacks. The building has two storeys and three bays, with the first bay being a later addition. The windows are fitted with horizontally sliding sashes. There is a 20th-century porch that includes a single light to the left. The farmhouse has both cross axial and gable-end stacks.
