Description

The entrance gateway to Arrowe Hall, built around 1835, features flanking screen walls. Constructed from coursed and squared sandstone, the gateway is complemented by cast iron gates. The flanking walls end in paired octagonal piers that have moulded caps and trefoiled panels on the main and side gates. The cast-iron gates are adorned with spear-heads and decorative circles of crossed arrows.
