Description

No. 46 Wellington Road is a house built around 1835. It features a pebble-dash and stucco exterior with a hipped slate roof. The building is one storey high and has three bays. It includes a coved cornice and four pilasters with pointed recesses, along with a central shallow gable adorned with ornamental bargeboards. The windows are sashed with glazing bars and have label moulds. The entrance also has a label mould and a 20th-century door. There are return lateral stacks, and the rear of the house is similar, featuring a basement, two canted bay windows, and a central gable. An ornate balcony is present on the ground floor.
