Description

No. 111 Melbourne Road is a house built around 1830. It features white stucco and has a thin slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has a double pile plan with three bays. The central doorway is topped with an arched fanlight and set within a large, projecting curved porch that is glazed and supported by fluted columns. The house has 16-light sash windows, each with simple hood moulds above them. A plain eaves cornice runs along the top, with brackets supporting the projecting roof. On either side of the elevation, pilasters are set out and forward, each adorned with decorated heads.
