Description

Archbishop Laud's Pantry is a small, ruinous structure that may have been a chimney breast, dating from the 16th or 17th century. It stands approximately 8 feet high and is constructed of ashlar with a chamfered plinth. The origin of its name is unknown. The structure is isolated in a field and is now very decayed, but it may be associated with archaeological remains.
