Description
These are two houses dating from 1742, built of brick with a stone roof. They are two storeys high. The houses feature a central glazed and panelled door set within a Tuscan surround, topped with a lintel and shell hood. Two twelve-pane sash windows are present on the ground floor, distinguished by their thick glazing bars and segmental brick heads. Above them are two smaller, six-pane windows that do not open. A datestone above the central door bears the inscription “C I A” and the date 1742.
