Description
Bank Hall Farm is a house dating from the 17th century, with later alterations. It is constructed of stone rubble and features a slate roof. The building has a T-plan layout with a small wing at the angle and stands two storeys high with four bays. Most of the windows are from the 19th century and consist of six-pane sashes. The first floor window in the second bay has three lights with a transom and segmental-headed upper lights. There are traces of blocked windows on the ground floor of the second bay and the end bay. The entrance in the third bay is also from the 19th century, and there are signs of a blocked entrance in the first bay. The right gable-end has an external stack, and there is a rear stack as well. The rear of the building features a mullioned window similar to the front, located on the left return facing the street, but it is double chamfered and possibly from the 19th century. Inside, there are some chamfered beams.
