Description
No. 28 Thomas Lane is an early 19th-century house constructed of brick with a hipped slate roof. The building has two storeys and features three bays. The windows are fitted with cut brick flat arches and are sashed with glazing bars. The central entrance is round-headed and set in a recessed reveal, leading to a four-panel door. The right return of the house is similar in design.
