Description

Oak House is a house dated 1782, constructed of brick with stone dressings and topped with a slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features three bays. The ground floor has two rectangular bays that are roughcast, with stone-coped gables and sash windows that include glazing bars. The first floor has windows with small-paned casements. Above the first floor, there is a plaque inscribed "D/GR/W/-1782".
