Stables for Lord Wavertree's polo ponies and accommodation, now all houses. Lintel to entrance of The Cottage has inscription "W 1895. R.T. Beckett". Brick with timbered 1st floor, slate roofs with tile ridges. One storey with attic. The Cottage is of 4 bays with mullioned windows and leaded glazing, gables to 2nd and 4th bays. Entrance on return has shaped lintel. 3 brick stacks. Grange Mews is of 10 bays. Low C20 casements between flat buttresses. 3rd, 6th and 9th bays have gabled dormers, that to 3rd bay has loading door with flanking lights, others have casements. 4th , 7th and 10th bays have battered, open louvres with shallow pyramidal roofs and finials, and gabled carriage entrance,. Riding school house has one original bay with C20 bay to right. The Mews were originally stables, now converted to houses, with much reconstruction to rear.
