Description

35 and 37 Sandown Lane are a pair of houses built between 1836 and 1846. They are constructed of brick with stone dressings and feature a slate roof. Each house has three storeys and a basement, with two bays. There is a lintel band at the basement level, a sill band at the first floor, and a frieze and cornice at the top. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. The round-headed entrances are framed by Doric doorcases and have four-panel doors.
