Description

No. 107 on Great Mersey Street is an early 19th-century house constructed from brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. The building has two storeys and a basement, featuring three bays. The basement is rusticated and includes a lintel band, while the first floor has a sill band, a top cornice, and a parapet. The windows are fitted with wedge lintels and are sash windows without glazing bars. The central window on the first floor has been removed. The main entrance features a doorcase that lacks columns, with a four-panel door and a fanlight that has two mullions. The rusticated front wall is complemented by plain iron railings.
