Description

Nos 150 to 154 on Chatham Street are three houses built in the 1820s. They are constructed of brick with stone dressings and feature a slate roof. The buildings rise three storeys with a basement and have three bays. There is a basement lintel band, a first-floor sill band, and a top frieze, cornice, and blocking course. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars, with one blind window on the second floor of each house. The round-headed entrances are adorned with Doric doorcases, complete fanlights, and two-panel doors. Plain iron railings are present around the areas and steps.
