Description
Woolton Library is an early 19th-century Methodist chapel and associated cellar dwellings, now used as a library. It is constructed of stone and has a slate roof. The building is one storey high with a basement, and is arranged as two bays by two bays. It features a top cornice and a pediment. The windows have flat surrounds and contain sash windows with glazing bars. An entrance is located in the left return. Plain iron area railings are present.
