Description

This is a Methodist chapel dating to 1810. It is constructed with a brick facade, flint returns incorporating brick dressings, and a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and three bays wide. The ground floor has two panelled doors, each situated beneath a round arch with overlight, flanked by a central sash window set within a segmental arch. A flat brick string course runs between corner pilasters. The first floor features three segmental-headed sash windows. The roof is hipped. The interior includes a panelled gallery supported by circular cast iron columns, along with intact benches and a rostrum.
